Sarah was extremely detail oriented with everything from the initial interview, to the creation, testing, and launch. Sarah’s first project with us was shelf talkers for retail stores. (These are signs under our wine bottles to attract people to our wine rather than the myriad of others on the store shelves). I gave her very little direction and asked her to use her creativity. All the “talkers” were perfect on first draft. She instinctively knew exactly what we needed. They were eye-catching and conveyed the description of the wine. A customer called the other day to say he initially picked up a bottle of our Scott Harvey Zinfandel while he was traveling because of the attractive signage. He is now a good customer.
‘After that positive experience, Sarah, created some signage for us at a convention. Once again, they drew people to our booth. We now had complete confidence that Sarah could handle our most important project–editing our soon to be released new wine label—InZinerator. We had time constraints on this project and needed the edits done in a timely fashion. We needed subtle revisions in the artwork several times. Sarah did these promptly. Every change we suggested was completed almost immediately. Not only is Sarah’s quality of work outstanding, it is a great value.
