We use WP Engine for web hosting and recommend it to all our clients. And once we set up hosting for a site, we head over to WPMU dev to find the WordPress Plugins and themes to build the site with. Its taken us YEARS of experience (and experimenting!) with other web hosting companies, plugin developers, premium theme designers, and sifting through all the sites that provide them to figure out 1 thing: WP Engine and WMPU Dev are the 2 best companies out there when it comes to WordPress. (We’ll spare the lengthy reviews explaining WHY they are for now!)
And this week, we learned that their customer service is a total match up with their great products. Not always the case!!! In fact, I think it’s rarely the case these days. But this week, we found ourselves in need of some expert tech support after launching a GREAT client’s new site and both teams came to the rescue quickly and thoroughly. Our problem was unique and took some digging to find a fix, and not only did they fix it, they released a fix for everyone and anyone else who might have had the issue before and prevented people from having it again. Persistence and customer service at its best, if you ask me. Check out the screenshots below of our threads to see a real example of how their customer support teams go above and beyond any other WordPress services out there.
